Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We here at 2nd Wind Sports value your business, and we will do whatever we can to make sure you're happy with the products you purchase from us.

To return unused merchandise, please EMAIL US with a brief description of what product you need to return and why. Once you obtain a proper RA# from our customer service agent please send your item back properly packaged with a copy of your sales receipt, for a refund or store credit. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund for any shipping charges incurred.

Items returned within 15 days - Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

Items returned within 30 days - Exchange or Store Credit Only

After 30 days, all sales are final.


Where should I ship my return?

All returns and exchanges should be shipped to the following address:

When sending an item back, an RA # must be included on the packaging address and/or noted in large print on the package.  Please include a copy of your receipt and a brief description of what you would like us to do (issue a credit back your card, exchange the item for another size, etc). Doing this will greatly help us to process your return in a speedy manner!


Can I return used items?

Merchandise that has been used cannot be returned.


You guys messed up my order! What should I do?

While we try our very best to be perfect, sometimes mistakes do occur. If you think we messed up, please give us a call at 541-386-4464 or Email us so we can investigate the issue.

If we did indeed make a mistake, we'll do everything we can to make it right for you. If you received the wrong item, or the right item in the wrong size, we'll immediately send you the right one if we have it in stock. We will arrange the return of the incorrect item by having it picked up from you, or by mailing you a shipping label so you can return it at your convenience. We will cover all costs associated with returning the mistaken item and shipping you a replacement.
